Two weeks ago, in the midst of what feels like a crazy exhausting time in our lives, we were reminded why we love photographing weddings so much: it’s an entire day where we’re able to get completely lost in other people. It was such a gift to be able to spend this day putting other people first. To forget about anything and everything that’s happening in our world — and be invited into one of the most important days in someone else’s world.

Interestingly, one of the first things Chris and Eliza asked when we had a brief moment together at the reception was whether we were having a good time. According to Chris, it was their hope that all the people that had helped with the day were able to enjoy themselves! No wonder it was a day filled with love and joy! From the communication leading up to the wedding to the words spoken on the day, it is clear that you are a couple that is bent towards serving others. We are confident that this will be a strong foundation in your marriage!
