The clouds came over and the winds were blowing. In the distance we could see a storm gathering over Yamba. There was a sense of urgency to get this show on the road! All of their loved ones were gathered to witness them making the committment to a lifetime partnership. Umbrellas were underneath seats...just in case. On Saturday, after months of hard work, Riverside Ranch owners Chris and Fred Welsh welcomed the public to come and see their newest project, The Moondance Saloon. They have lovingly renovated their horse stable to be an all-weather, sound-proof wedding reception venue. Many of Yamba's local wedding vendors collaborated to style, cater and photograph this event which as you will see was full of good quality, colour and fun. Engagement sessions always bring an element of unknown. What do I do in front of the camera? Where do I look? What should I do with my hands? Should I look at the camera? It is also often the first time we are meeting our couples! In general, the first fifteen minutes will be awkward. We try to set this as an expectation from the start!
