Autumn days in Yamba are some of my very favourite. Mornings and evenings are cool with perfectly mild day temperatures. This past Saturday was one of those days. This love story begins a few years ago in a place that we are all familiar with. With the smell of burgers and fries in the air, a sweet romance blossoms. Between the window shaking thunderstorms on Friday night and the drizzling rain all of Sunday, Saturday was a picture perfect Winter’s day in Yamba. Generous, kind, relaxed, thoughtful. These are the first words that come to mind as I reflect on Tahlia and Nathaniel and their gorgeous wedding day. In Saturday’s afternoon winter sunshine by the old fig tree they very beautifully committed their lives to each other and then threw a seriously great party.
